Shipping Policy:
Because your 100% satisfaction is our top priority, Katharine Kidd currently offers FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS AND RETURNS for orders placed on Katharinekidd.com.
Currently, Katharine Kidd can only ship orders within the United States.
Katharine Kidd ships via UPS Ground. Please allow 6-8 days for delivery.
Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with the UPS tracking number of your package, once your order has shipped.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order unless noted on website of a future date that an item will be ready.
Orders received after noon (12:00pm PST) will be shipped the following day.
All orders received after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
If you order an item that has already been ordered by another customer causing a backorder or a discontinue of the item, you will be notified within 48 hours.

Return Policy:
Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received within seven days of return request.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
Katharine Kidd has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.

How to return an item:
1. If you need to return your order, email us at info@katharinekidd.com to receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RAR#). In your package, there will be a short form to fill out. One of the questions will be to enter your RAR#. Fill in the RAR# that we send you there. Please be aware that the issuance of a RAR# does not guarantee the goods will be accepted, nor that your credit card will automatically be 
refunded. You will be notified of acceptance once the goods have been returned and inspected.
2. Please print out the email containing your RAR# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
3. A UPS prepaid shipping label will be included in the package. Place this shipping label on the outside of the original package. Place all original packaging, items, filled out return form and print out of email containing RAR# inside box. Tape box up so that nothing is exposed. Take to UPS location. Merchandise must be must be received by Katharine Kidd within 8 days of receipt of RAR#. Merchandise should be sent to the following address: Katharine Kidd 3820 Willat Ave., Culver City, CA 90232. Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RAR#.
4. An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within 5 business days upon receiving the package.
5. If the return is approved, a full refund will be given in the same method of original payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refund on your credit card, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit amount to appear 
on your statement.
